Welcoming Dr. Mohamed Rifshaan: A Milestone for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Maldives

The Maldives Association of Surgeons is pleased to welcome Dr. Mohamed Rifshaan, the second Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon in the Maldives, to the Department of Surgery at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) and Dharumavantha Hospital (DH) in his role as Consultant Subspecialist.
